Remember: this is no ordinary phone book.  You can search and sort and do the fandango.   So if you've created a list which is sorted by phone number, or address, and you want to return to a regular alphabetical list of names - no problem - just click on this head icon.  There it is.  Select Phone even lets you change these names to upper and lower case for easier reading.
